  • Research papers should range from 3000 to 5000 words and adhere to APA formatting guidelines using Times New Roman font, size 12, with regular formatting and single line spacing.
  • All pages of the manuscript (including Tables and Figures) should be numbered.
  • Manuscripts should be submitted by the given deadlines with “Submission: IC-HAILS 2026” in the subject line.
  • Authors should clearly specify the track for which they are submitting the paper.
  • At least one author must register for the conference by 20 November 2026 for the paper to be included in the final conference schedule and proceedings.
  • The final submission of the extended abstract should strictly follow the author guidelines provided on the conference website.
  • All submissions must be original work not published or accepted elsewhere, and not under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
  • The length, formatting, and stylistic presentation of the paper may be revised to comply with the publisher’s submission and publication requirements.
  • All submissions to IC-HAILS 2026 must represent original, unpublished work by the listed authors. The conference strictly prohibits plagiarism (copying text, data, or ideas without attribution) as well as the unacknowledged generation of content or sections using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. The restricted percentage for both Plagiarism and AI is 10 percent.
The argument in favor of using filler text goes something like this: If you use real content in the Consulting Process, anytime you reach a review point you’ll end up reviewing and negotiating the content itself and not the design.
